The tournament will follow Huron Perth Fastball Rules for U9 including the following
· Minimum 6 Fielders on Field
· Only One Umpire per Game, Plate Umpire to also call Bases
· No Over Agers allowed
· No Walks awarded to Batter, if the Pitcher has pitched 4 Balls to the Batter Umpire will place the Tee for the Batter to hit off
· No Base Stealing (Ball has to be hit to advance)
· Pitching Rule – Player can pitch 2 innings per game
